Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits

Apple cider vinegar has been known as a natural “cure-all” for thousands of years. Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Combine the apple juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Heat up over medium heat for a few minutes and stir well. Bring to a low simmer. Gently add the apple pectin and whisk until incorporated, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and strain into a small glass bowl or measuring cup. Using a liquid dropper, carefully fill the gummie mold tray. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until set. Remove gummies and store in an airtight container or mason jar for up to 1 week. They can also be frozen up to a couple of months for a refreshing cold treat!
  3. For a mixed berry gummie, replace the 3 Tablespoons honey with 3 Tablespoons of strained berry puree. Experiment and have fun!
